§ 95.47 VAULTS.
The building of vaults in the cemetery shall be discouraged and shall not be permitted unless the designs for the same are exceptionally good and the construction is solid and thorough. The designs shall be submitted to the Superintendent, and shall not be approved unless the structure would, in the Superintendent’s judgment, be an architectural ornament to the cemetery. Vaults will be permitted only on lots as the Superintendent may determine to be suitable for the purpose and then only on a lot of twice the area to be covered by the vault. The vault shall be located in center of and facing the front line of the lot.
