§ 95.44 MONUMENT FOUNDATIONS; SIZE.
   (A)   Foundations for all monuments, headstones and the like shall be built by the cemetery at the expense of the lot owner. Fifteen days’ notice shall be given for the building of any foundation. The cost for same must be paid for in advance. Exceptions to these requirements may be made by the Superintendent; provided, the work is done in accordance with cemetery rules and specifications and is inspected and accepted by the Superintendent.

   (B)   Every monument foundation shall be at least as wide and as long as the base stone resting upon it and shall not project above the surface of the ground. Foundations shall extend as low as the bottom of the grave and be built as the Superintendent may require for safety and permanence.
