§ 95.43 MONUMENTS GENERALLY.
   Only one monument will be permitted on a family burial lot. The monument shall not be less than four feet high, but less than eight feet, nor two-thirds the width of the lot in height, and shall be of stone or approved metal. No monument shall cover more than 7% of the ground space of the lot, and no monument shall be erected on a lot less in area than 280 square feet and not then on a lot which the governing body at or prior to time of purchase, may designate as a non-monument lot and it is so stated in the deed. Designs for monuments must be submitted to and approved by the Superintendent before they may be erected.
