§ 95.40 TREES AND SHRUBBERY.

No trees, shrubs or plants shall be planted or removed without the consent of the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall have the authority to plant, remove or transplant any tree, shrub, plant or anything upon a lot, when the Superintendent may consider such a course necessary to the best interests of the cemetery and other lot owners.
