The cutting of trees or shrubs on the city-owned land surrounding the reservoir is prohibited unless a special use permit has been issued by the City Manager or the City Manager’s agent. Said permit shall consider mitigation of non-point source pollution and other factors such as habitat, aesthetics, and maintenance.
