§ 92.19 STRUCTURES.
   (A)   The construction of floating or stationary mooring facilities in the Moss Lake or on the shoreline property owned by the city is prohibited, except on those areas leased by the city for the development of marinas, launching ramps, camping facilities and related commercial facilities open to the public.
   (B)   Any other structure of any kind shall be subject to approval, plans and specifications and fee as set by the City Council.
   (C)   All vessels when not in actual use shall be removed from the lake, reservoir or other body of water unless securely moored at mooring facilities permitted by the city.
