(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Anyone who is found in violation of § 91.02 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 per offense and/or 30 days in jail. Each and every entry into the prohibited and banned area, regardless of the time period involved, shall constitute a separate offense under § 91.02.
