(A) Where a concrete sidewalk exists, the entire portion affected by the new driveway shall be removed to the nearest marking joint each side of the driveway. The old sidewalk shall be matched to the new driveway with new concrete.
(B) The maximum slope on the matching sidewalk or on the driveway ramp shall be two inches in 12 inches maximum when measured in any direction.
