§ 90.065 CONSTRUCTION COSTS; RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The city will pay 50% of the total cost.
   (B)   The benefitting property owners shall pay the other 50% of the total cost using any assessment formula the City Council may choose under G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 10.
