§ 90.061 CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER REQUIRED.
   No new sidewalks shall be constructed along any street until concrete curb and gutter and adequate storm drainage facilities have been installed. Wheelchair ramps and detectable warnings shall be required at all intersections.
