§ 90.047 MINIMUM STREET CROSS-SECTIONS.

   Following are the minimum street cross-section specifications:

   (A)   Concrete curb and gutter, 31 feet back to back;

   (B)   Paved streets 25 feet in width may be allowed by variance of the City Council when the proposed development has lots equal to or greater than three-fourths acre, and proper ditching and culverts are installed;

   (C)   Six-foot shoulders on street fills and cuts on both sides;

   (D)   Three to one on slope on banks and fills; and

   (E)   Fifteen-foot minimum curb radius at intersections.
