§ 30.03 DESTRUCTION OF CITY RECORDS.
   (A)   The City Manager and Mayor are authorized to enter into an agreement with the State Division of Archives and History Department of Cultural Resources to preserve and monitor destruction of city records.
   (B)   The City Clerk and Treasurer is charged as custodian of the city records and shall seek prior approval according to the procedures as outlined by the Division of Archives and History agreement before destruction of city records.
