§ 90.035 SIGNS AND BANNERS ACROSS STREETS.
   No person shall erect or place any sign or banner of wood, cloth, metal or other material across any street or sidewalk in the city without permission by the City Manager; provided, however, that, the City Council shall have power to revoke any permit to erect or maintain any sign.
