§ 90.025 LICENSE DOES NOT GRANT PRIVILEGE TO USE SIDEWALKS.
   No license issued by the city for any fruit, vegetable, candy or other stands or stores shall carry the privilege of using any street, alley or sidewalk for or as a store, for the display of goods, wares or merchandise or for other store purposes.
