§ 90.020 DAMAGE TO STREETS; RECOVERY OF COST OF REPAIR.
   (A)   No person shall injure, deface or mar, in any manner whatsoever, any of the streets of the city.
   (B)   The city shall have the right and privilege to repair any injury, defacement or mar and assess the cost thereof against the offender.
