(A) Only those streets shown on the most recently certified Powell Bill Map will be maintained by the city.
(B) Maintenance shall consist of cleaning, resurfacing, patching potholes and utility line cuts, machine grading on dirt streets and side ditch cleaning.
(C) Mud, earth or rocks or any other type of debris originating from construction sites or from vehicles entering or leaving construction sites shall be removed from the city’s streets, gutters and ditches by the offender.
