§ 90.018 RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIREMENTS.

(A) A minimum right-of-way required by the subdivision ordinance shall be granted to the city for all public street uses as specified by the subdivision ordinance.

(B) Maintenance of the right-of-way, to include mowing, trimming and disposal of trash and debris, shall be the responsibility of the landowner.
