§ 90.015 NEW STREETS.
   (A)   All new streets added to the city street system shall be only those recommended by the City Planning and Zoning Commission and approved by the City Council.
   (B)   All new streets or street extensions shall be designed by a registered engineer, at the developer’s expense, submitted and approved by the engineer designated by the city or the city.
   (C)   Care should be taken to provide for drainage control.
