§ 30.02 EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes boundaries for the extraterritorial enforcement of the following ordinances:
      (1)   Zoning ordinance;
      (2)   Subdivision regulations;
      (3)   State Building Code, as adopted in Chapter 150 of this code;
      (4)   Minimum Housing Standards Code; and
      (5)   Ordinances creating:
         (a)   The Municipal Planning and Zoning Board; and
         (b)   The Municipal Inspection Department.
   (B)   The boundaries are delineated on the face of a map, entitled “Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Kings Mountain”, which is hereby adopted by reference.
   (C)   The official copy of this section and map shall be on record in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection during normal business hours. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this section and map and any subsequent amendments to be recorded in the offices of the Register of Deeds of the counties of Cleveland and Gaston. The City Clerk shall cause signs, signposts or similar readily identifiable markers to be installed at all points of intersection of the above-described boundary with all roads, streets, highways and railroads.
