§ 30.01 CORPORATE SEAL ADOPTED; KEEPER.
   (A)   There hereby is adopted as the official corporate seal of the city a seal consisting of the embossed impression of a circular metallic disk, containing in the outer rim the words “City of Kings Mountain, North Carolina” and containing in the center the word “Seal”.

   (B)   The official corporate seal shall be in the custody of the City Clerk.
