(A) The governing body may authorize loading zones for businesses and industries as needed.
(B) Loading zones will be used for the purpose of loading or unloading only. A one-hour limit is imposed.
(C) Parking in a loading zone while not actually engaged in loading or unloading will be a violation of this section.
