(A) Definition. TRUCK shall mean any vehicle which exceeds 19 feet in length and exceeds seven feet in width.
(B) Parking on city streets prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any truck on any street within the city; provided, however, that, any truck may be parked temporarily on the streets in event of emergency, but in that event, a truck shall not be so parked overnight.
(C) Exception. City or state vehicles engaged in repair or construction may park with proper signing.
