When a parked vehicle is moved from its parking space, the driver thereof shall move out in the direction in which the vehicle is headed or, if it is parked at an angle with the curb, the driver shall back out on that angle until the driver has cleared other parked vehicles and shall then proceed in the direction in which the vehicle is most nearly headed.
