§ 72.15 COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES CROSSING RAILROAD TRACKS.
   (A)   A violator prohibiting the crossing of railroad tracks, at their intersections with public streets, where so marked, shall be subject to a fine of $500, per offense, and if the charge is written as a traffic citation, the fine of $500, after being paid into the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Cleveland County, shall then be disbursed to the city.
   (B)   A violator prohibiting the crossing of railroad tracks, at their intersections with public streets, where so marked, shall be subject to a civil penalty of $500, per offense, with such civil penalty being paid directly to the city within 20 days after having been cited.
