§ 72.10 LIMITATIONS ON BACKING.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not back it into any intersection, or over a crosswalk, nor shall the driver back it otherwise unless the movement can be made in safety, and unless ample warning has been given by hand and horn or other signals.
