§ 72.07 USE OF CERTAIN VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS RESTRICTED.
   No person shall ride, pull, push or drive any vehicle whatsoever, except a baby carriage, on any of the sidewalks within the city, except at a permanent or temporary driveway lawfully established.
