§ 70.13 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any other toy vehicle shall not attach the same or the person’s self to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
