At least annually, the POTW Director shall publish in the largest daily newspaper circulated in the service area, a list of those industrial users which were found to be in significant non-compliance, also referred to as reportable non-compliance in 15A NCAC 02H .0903(b)(34), with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements, during the previous 12 months.
