§ 51.10  SERVICE OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS.
   (A)   The village may provide sanitary sewer service to premises located outside the limits of the Village of Kingsley in Paradise Township at the request of the owner of the premises with the consent of Paradise Township and subject to the terms of the sanitary sewer agreement approved as to substance and form by the Village Council.
   (B)   The agreement shall provide, at a minimum, that:
      (1)   The sewer extension, connection, and use so authorized for the premises shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the village sewer ordinances in the same manner as if the premises were located within Village limits; and
      (2)   Charges for sewer services as defined in § 51.01 shall be paid with respect to the premises at 200% of the amount charged with respect to premises located within the village limits.
