§ 51.09 INSTALLATION OF SEWER SYSTEMS.

If a property owner, for purposes of development of a mobile home park, subdivision, industrial park, or other use of property, installs a sewer system, then the system shall comply with the more restrictive of the requirements imposed by the village or by the Department of Public Health.
