§ 51.08 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.

(A) The cost of all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of building sewers and their connection to the village sewer system shall be borne by the property owner.

(B) The owner shall make application for a permit to perform the work to the village.

(C) The property owner shall indemnify and hold the village harmless from all loss or damage that may directly be occasioned by the installation of connections to the village sewer system.
