(A) The applicant for a permit to connect to the village sewer system shall notify the village when the installation is ready for inspection.
(B) The village or its designated representatives shall then inspect the building and plumbing construction, and if the construction meets the previous requirements as so approved in the permit, a sewer connection permit shall be issued, subject to the applicable provisions of other sections of the village ordinances.
(C) Upon final approval of any sewer connection, all sewer supports, testing, backfilling, and other elements contingent on completion of installation, shall comply with the State of Michigan Plumbing and Village Building Codes.
