(A) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer facility or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the village.
(B) All connections with the village sewer system of the village shall be made only by written authorization and permits issued by the village and on the forms and on payment of the fees as shall be established from time to time by the village.
(C) (1) All connections to the village sewer system must be made by employees of the village or approved representatives or contractors.
(2) The connection of the building sewer into the public sewer shall be made at the “Y” branch, if the branch is available at a simple location.
