(A) The owner of all structures in which sanitary sewage originates situated within the limits of the Village of Kingsley and located now or in the future not more than 275 feet from the system located in a right-of-way, easement, highway, street, or public way which crosses, adjoins, or abuts upon the premises on which the structures are located is hereby required, at his or her expense, to promptly install suitable toilet facilities therein and connect the structure directly with the system.
(B) In no event shall the connections be completed later than 12 months after date of official notice to make the connection or the modification or construction of a structure so as to become a structure in which sanitary sewage originates, whichever occurs last.
