§ 111.03 MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS.

The Village of Kingsley hereby prohibits all marihuana retailers (i.e. marihuana retailers, marihuana microbusinesses, marihuana provisioning centers, and dispensaries) within the boundaries of the village pursuant to § 6.1 of Initiated Law 1 of 2018, as may be amended.
