(A) This section applies to the installation of solar panels for commercial buildings and residences.
(B) All land use permit application fees for the construction and installation of solar panels on new residential and non-residential buildings shall be waived.
(C) All land use permit applications for the installation of solar panels on residential and non-residential buildings shall receive expedited review by the Village Zoning Administrator in order to expedite such applications and the issuance of building permits for solar panel installation.
