§ 91.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Village of Kingsley Code of Ordinances.

(B) The Village of Kingsley’s Zoning Administrator and all Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Department Officers are the officials authorized to issuem municipal infraction violations notices for violations of §§ 91.20 through 91.24.
