For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT.
A habitable living unit added to, created within, or detached from a single-family residential dwelling that provides basic requirements for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation. All
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
are to be a secondary housing unit to the main residence on the same lot.
