§ 152.091  USES.
   Land, buildings, and structures in the VR District may be used for the following purposes only:
   (A)   Single-family dwellings.
   (B)   Home occupation and professional offices.
   (C)   Park, playgrounds, and recreational areas publicly owned and operated.
   (D)   Publicly owned buildings, including libraries.
