§ 95.10  STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL.
   The Tree Standards and Specifications Manual that accompanies Ord. 01 01-09 shall contain regulations and standards for planting, maintenance, and removal of trees, shrubs and other plants on municipally owned property.
