§ 30.055  CREATION OF OFFICE.
   In accordance with the authority for the appointment of a Village Manager, as Council shall deem necessary for the execution of the powers granted to the village contained in Public Act 3 of 1895, Ch. V, § 8, being M.C.L.A. § 65.8, as amended, which is the Charter of this village, there is hereby created the position of Village Manager.
