§ 30.004 COMPENSATION OF VILLAGE OFFICIALS.

(A) The President and each Trustee shall receive compensation for the performance of these offices only as provided by ordinance, which shall specify the manner and method of compensation.

(B) The President and Trustees shall receive no other compensation for service performed for and on behalf of the village during their term of office.

(C) Except as otherwise provided by law, other village officers shall receive the compensation as may be prescribed by the Council.
