§ 11.05 AUTHORIZED VILLAGE OFFICIALS.

The Village Manager, the Grand Traverse County Sheriff and his or her deputies, and the village Zoning Administrator, are designated as the authorized village officials to issue municipal civil infraction citations (directing alleged violators to appear in court) as provided by this chapter.
