§ 151.03  SUBDIVISION OF LAND.
   No person shall hereafter subdivide any land, or any part or portion thereof, within village limits without:
   (A)   Submitting to Village Council a preliminary map with supplementary information before commencing the necessary surveys (see § 151.05 hereafter);
   (B)   Submitting to Village Clerk 4 final plats with request for approval-resolution by Council satisfactorily showing complete and correct survey, plan, and map of the ground and the subdivisions thereof platted and subdivided, position and location of lots, streets, and alleys with respect to adjacent lots and streets of the village and the other information as the Council may request plus compliance with provisions of this chapter hereinbefore and hereinafter set forth;
   (C)   (1)   Paying to the Village Clerk the sum of $10 plus $2 for each proposed lot or fraction thereof within the plat boundaries which are within the village limits.
      (2)   The sum shall include all expenses required for inspection of land or meetings of the Council or other fees and be paid at time of submission of preliminary maps.
      (3)   Provided, however, that the amount paid the Village Clerk shall in no case exceed $40 for each plat.
   (D)   Complying with all applicable provisions of this chapter and with the provisions of the Land Division Act, being Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 to 560.293.
