§ 151.01  DEFINITION.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      SUBDIVIDE.  Has the same meaning defined in Public Act 172 of 1929, being M.C.L.A. § 560.102(f) and amendments thereto.
   (B)   All provisions herein shall be read in light of and subject to the general provisions of the Act.
