§ 150.16 PROHIBITION OF DANGEROUS STRUCTURES.

In addition to the remedies and penalties provided by the Housing Law of Michigan, Public Act 167 of 1917, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.401 to 125.543, it shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by fine and/or imprisonment pursuant to § 150.99, to own or occupy a “dangerous building” as that term is defined in § 139 of the Housing Law, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.539.
