(A) No minor child under the age of 18 years shall be abroad upon the public streets, alleys, parks, or other public places of the village, or in any places of amusement or entertainment, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official city time, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(B) No parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor child under the age of 18 years shall permit that minor to be abroad upon the public streets, alleys, or other public places of the village, or places of amusement or entertainment, during the hours of curfew as hereinbefore set forth.
(C) No person shall be in violation of this section if the minor is abroad during the hours of curfew upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
