A schedule of civil fines payable to the village for admissions or responsibility by persons served with municipal ordinance violation notices may be adopted by resolution by the Village Council. If no specific civil fines are established by resolution for a particular municipal civil infraction violation, the civil fine shall be as follows:
1st violation within a 12-month period $50 - $125
2nd violation within a 12-month period $250 - $499
3rd violation within a 12-month period $500
