§ 110.24  REFUND POLICY.
   (A)   If a grantee's cable service is interrupted or discontinued for 24 or more consecutive hours, the subscribers will be credited pro rata for such interruption, upon request. Credits must be issued no later than the subscriber's next billing cycle following the determination that a credit is warranted. For this purpose, every month will be assumed to have 30 days.
   (B)   In the event a subscriber establishes or terminates service and receives less than 1 full month of service, the grantee shall prorate the monthly rate on the basis of the number of days in the period for which the service was rendered to the number of days in the billing.
