§ 110.23  SUBSCRIBER CONTRACTS.
   The grantee shall file with the village any standard form residential subscriber contract utilized by the grantee. A list of the grantee's current subscriber rates and charges for cable service shall be maintained on file with village and shall be available for public inspection.
